Reboot to access the Facial Recognition feature.
Create and record a new Password and Pin number. Go to C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase. Backup the old database: Open Windows Explorer. Right-click it and select Stop from the list that appears. Select Windows Biometric Service from the left-hand side column. The Hello function should work on Windows 10 1709_RS3 or 1803_RS4. Press the Win + R keys together to open a Run dialog box.
